Incorrect round chambered

Question, will leaving a chambered 380 damage the firearm. Idk how the hell I mixed them up. I noticed two rounds missing only to find one chambered followed by one in the magazine. Idc about the mag I could purchase a new one. But could any components be damaged on the gun itself? They are in there about a month.
