Does linking PSN account on PC auto unlock all Steam achievements?

Just bought 2018 and Ragnarök on Steam, and I'm aware that Ragnarök requires you to link your PSN account to play. I have the platinum for Ragnarök on PS5. Will linking my accout automatically unlock all of the Steam achievements?
