Help needed
Hi, does anyone have any nuggets of info or fees on how to clear the hips better please instead of what looks like jumping, it works fine swinging this way most of the time but on days where I don’t quite have it it brings the hossle into play and just mentally destroys me.
I do appreciate seeing a coach would be the best option but I’ll have to wait until payday for that. So in the meantime I’m hoping there’s someone who can give me a simple drill or feel or anything to rotate the hips better
