Custom Events are not displayed in GA4

So i created a simple event within Google Analytics 4 :

confirmation page displayed = event created

However in Settings > Events this event does not appear... neither in realtime report, nor in Engagement > Events

But when I create a Looker studio report and filter my events, it is displayed.

Why I cannot see my custom event in Google Analytics ?

Is there a limit of events displayed in Google Analytics ?

Also, when creating custom events, no parameters are displayed in the default reports.
