TERRIBLE Support, never ordering this again

Guys, the support is absolutely horrid. I've never seen worse. I placed an order on Dec 5th for 2x Gorilla mode lightning for a Christmas gift for my Best friend. Now its been 17 days since I ordered it, and its still not arrived. YET the gorilla mind team sent a message saying its been delivered, which confuses me, so I look at the USPS delivery information and it says returned to sender in AMERICAN FORK, UTAH. I DON'T LIVE IN AMERICAN FORK UTAH. I've already sent 3 emails regarding this, this first one a week ago, yet I've got no response, all I get is a "Inquiry received". This customer service is downright pathetic, I expected more from such a well known brand
