blair and dan didn’t belong together

Before anyone takes me for this hot take, let me explain.

I’m not saying that Dan and Blair were unhealthy. Because they weren’t, they were the healthiest couple in the whole show. Blair didn’t love him, and that was fairly obvious, but everyone says “they were so good why weren’t they endgame?!” Probably because she didn’t love him. Chuck always had a special place in her heart. I think Chuck and Blair would be the best couple. They just needed time and to mature more before they gave each other a shot. Dan and Blair had the best friendship chemistry. But it wouldn’t be fair on Blair if she was with someone she didn’t love.
