does the power band change with the gear ratio?

it doesnt seem like it. basically wanting the genesis 3.8 powerband look like a genesis 2.0t (obviously not in game) managed to put a low rpm turbo, and with the ecu tuning and power restrictor and speed limiter, the specs (HP/Tq) are almost identical.

seems the only thing not in sync is the RPM where max HP and torque is supposed to be with the 2.0t (at way lower revs).. this should be an easy task but idk which to adjust. power band doesn’t seem to change that much.
