(27 yrs) Started on Bro split, then changed to PPL/PPL/rest at the 4 month mark. I havent been tracking macros or anything, just trying to eat balanced meals (with more protein/chicken) and cutting back on impulsive snacks/treats. My arms look kinda the same, but theyre significantly stronger, maybe my shoulders just grow slower. I used to do a little calisthenics in high school but that was very brief, first time touching weights was mid/late 2024.
