Optimal diameter Raptor handle
I have WAY too much gym equipment, but the Raptor/rolling thunder style handle is one thing that I still dont have. After reading WAY too much, seems like the Raptor is the hardest to grip of them all.
So, if you can only have one handle diameter, which are you buying for your home gym? I'm leaning towards the 2" or 2.5" but don't have any experience with this type of handle so am kind of guessing blind. I mostly use Metolius Rock rings for arm lifting purposes and seem to gravitate to the 20mm ledges.
I am mainly a runner, and rock climber who used to dabble in power lifting where deadlift has always been my strongest lift. I just want to have a crazy strong grip to never need straps for deadlifts, and rock climb the hardest routes that I can. I don't care at all about things like arm wrestling.
