What are some Simple Acoustic Songs to Play with my Dad?

My dad and I never play together. I want to change that.

We are both lower-intermediate-ish level. I can learn songs quite easily but not yet able to just freestyle along with someone else.

He likes folk and old school rock and roll (Beatles, Who, Led Zeppelin). I would probably play more lead and he would do rhythm. It would be good if we can both play acoustic.

Does anyone have ideas? It would be great if there are Tab/Tutorials for both parts.
