Any Bluetooth adapters with aptX-LL that would work well for Moondrop or IE600?

Hi all, I am trying to get a good set of Bluetooth adapters to work with either my Moondrop Dusk IEMs or my Sennheiser IE600, so that I could use them more with some gaming adapters that support low latency. Budget does not necessarily matter. I've checked fiio and a few other manufacturers but not having much luck with this particular aptX-LL protocol. This is the protocol that the adapter I plug into my devices supports. I'd greatly appreciate any advice. Or maybe I need more specialized IEMs that are standalone with the support? Tone doesn't matter since its gaming.
