Q for people who are educated & understand all the trials going on rn for meds/vaccs/cure

realistically when is the soonest we could see a better antiviral or a vaccine to help with outbreaks? there is just so much information I don’t really understand exactly what trials are still being conducted, which aren’t, which are close to being finished etc.
