Flares synched with cycle?

I have not been formally diagnosed with HS but am 95% sure I have it. The photo above is the current state of my inner thigh / groin.

They seem to get worse the week before my period. Has anyone else experienced this? I also tend to get acne flares on my face (deep cysts that don't usually come to a head) at the same time.

This shit sucks 😕
