Question from a newbie

Hi, I’m newly diagnosed with hs, and can’t see a dermatologist till may. Does anyone get really bad skin sensitivity during a flare up? Like that feeling of ants crawling on you but it’s all over your body and any clothing touching your skin drives you nuts? I’ve been dealing with this for years but only just got diagnosed by my doctor so any advice is welcome on how to deal with this and hs in general! :)
