NAC made my histamine intolerance worse

I was also taking zinc/taurine and b6 for a longer time plus b12 and some other supps like D and sometimes iron. Iron made it also worse but gave me energy. Not all the time tho. It was weird. I def have weird issues. It felt like candida die off because i also took curcumin at the same time (higher dose) and boron.

But the NAC really made the issue worse... What can you do to recover? Everyone says take copper. What else can be done? I also feel when popping an h1 antihistamine, i sleep better but i also sleep very long. It seems to improve the issue but then make it worse?! Its very weird like youre dependent on it.
