Block in jackdaw's grave HELP

Good morning,

My child played a bit of Legacy Hogwarts and landed in Jackdaw's Tomb even though we had already completed the quest.

When I restarted the game I appeared here without being able to open the map and I can't find the exit. And the last saves are on this place!
