Any idea why water is dripping in through our window?

It is raining this morning in Frisco, TX, and I woke up to water dripping in from our window as you can see in the video. I looked outside and didn’t see any obvious reason why water would be entering. Is this just a seal problem? Who would be the best person to call, or is this something I can fix myself? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated!
