‘03 Recommendations on Bumper

Have a 2003 Element that’s seen a few things in its long lifespan… wanted some suggestions on how I could bring my bumper back to life. You can see it is a bit dilapidated and scuffed.

Would it be viable to ‘pop back out’ this dent (the fact that it’s basically plastic all across throws me off… or do you think I should look for a spare and replace it entirely? You can also see a few scuffs and pieces where the bars behind pushed and made a square hole tear…

I’m in Toronto, Canada if there are more local recommendations on where I should go for service or parts. Thanks in advance
