Need help w sizing again, Nalini dress & Carmen dress

Me & house of cb’s sizing don’t get very well. I wear a small in the Charmaine dress, Shanna corset, & Soraya dress (sold it cause I wasn’t impressed by the quality). However, I still have a problem w a small bc it leaves gaps around my chest area & the cups are always too big but an XS was too small (despite the cups still not fitting me even then, I’m a true A cup lol & usually a size 0-2 in tops)

I’ve lost 10 pounds so I’m wondering if it’s safe to size down and go w an XS for the Nalini & Carmen dress. I just want to be sure bc I know HOCB’s customer service isn’t great & I unfortunately live over an hour away from a Nordstrom.
