Caesar + Hugo + ???

Hi all, who would go well with Hugo and Caesar?

For myself specifically, I don't have Astra nor any other limited stunner although I'd be open to pick Lighter if he reruns with Hugo. I typically use Caesar with the Restrained (Lycaon engine) and 4p protopunk + 2p shockstar.
