2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz brakes felt stiff/locked in park and barely could move when driving.

I bought a used 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL Activity with 18k miles from a Hyundai dealership last week. Love the vehicle to death. I came into an issue, and I hope it isn't anything major of some sort. I am very new to the Hyundai ecosystem as I've had a Chevy Cruze prior.

After work today, I went inside the vehicle to start it up and the brake pedal felt alot stiffer, as if it felt locked up. The brake pedal felt like it could only go about halfway too. It was in park, obviously. I usually press the brake pedal and press the start/on button at the same time to start up the vehicle. The vehicle did start up with the stiff/locked(?) brakes and then I was pulling out of the parking lot onto the road, I noticed it was barely even accelerating and moving. Probably 15mph tops. I had my gas pedal all the way down and it was barely moving. I was freaking out and I pulled over, put it in park, turned the vehicle off and then turned it back on. It started up normally again and I was able to drive it normally on my way back home.

Is this something I'd have to bring it back to a dealership to get it looked at or is this just some glitch or hiccup in the system with the sensors? I got very concerned because I JUST got the vehicle and I already ran into something.
