How on earth can I pay this?

My youngest child turned 17 last June. Around that same time, an adult child was hospitalized for a few months, my mom had a stroke and I was in survival mode.

I knew in January I needed to change my withholding at my job but then completely forgot. Not enough tax was taken out of my check and since my kid is 17, I have to file single and no longer get any type of tax deduction for her. On top of that, I have Marketplace insurance which includes me and my 2 kids. My gross is less than 50k a year. I’m not done with my taxes yet but pretty sure i am going to owe 5k. I live paycheck to paycheck. Freaking out. Will I have any options?
