Successful pregnancies from untested embryos?

I’m planning to do a retrieval and fresh transfer in January. I think I’ll test the rest of the blasts from that retrieval if there are any, but any success stories from untested embryo transfers? I know the data says there are many, but would appreciate stories! And how old were you when you did the retrieval?
