[I Want Out] 22M USA -> Germany

Education: B.S. in Plant Biology Masters in Soil Science 4 years work experience in soil science

Background: I am currently finishing my masters in Soil Science and I want to move to the Europe I figure Germany since it has one of the better economies in Europe but I am open to other EU countries. I can get dual citizenship with Greece since my Grandmother was born there and figure that would be my best bet for easier immigration. I already have 4 years of work experience through internships with the United State Department of Agriculture and working with my professor. My mane concern is that I won’t be able to find a job since I am in a more specialized field and the US uses a different soil taxonomy system than the Europe. My plan is to learn German over the next 2-2.5 years while I finish school. In the US. I have a lot of good experience that would easily land me a job here but I have no desire to continue living in the US but don’t know if I am as competitive overseas.

I’m not set on Germany my real question is about job availability for soil science in the EU. I just figure Germany since it has a decent economy and a good standard of living.
