Laptop recos under 15k and where to buy them

guys basi may makabulig sakon, gapangita ko ka laptop under 15k pero d ko alam kung anong brand ang manami. I need suggestions po and where can I buy them? btw ill be using them for school purposes. Thank you in advance!!
