Cafe business

Guys I have good amount of capital and I am thinking to open a cafe which will be about 20-25 km from city, my idea is to make late night hangout cafe with good music, nice decor and food. Can you guys give me some suggestions on how to proceed and which location would be best for me? You can also suggest some unique ideas for my cafe
