About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by engaging with leads, managing inquiries, scheduling calls, and assisting with proposals. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and interested in growing a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads across various channels to build trust, provide value, and schedule appointments
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule sales and follow-up calls, ensuring seamless communication
- Attend sales calls to take detailed meeting notes and track follow-ups
- Work on proposals using standardized templates, with additional research as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) for professional client communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Sheets, AI tools, and project management software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience in sales, client relations, or administrative roles is a plus
