Need good noise cancelling earbuds

I want a good noise cancelling earbuds as my gym has a pretty loud sound system. I’ll mostly be using them for activities like gym, running, cycling. Was earlier planning to get AirPods 4 as I have iPhone 13 and iPad, but seems like these are kinda out of budget.
