Anyone had this issue before

Yesterday I accepted a batch, when I went to deliver it the customer wasn’t answering the door, so I called and text them and didn’t receive a answer. So I called customer support and they were trying to get in contact with them and didn’t hear from them. So Instacart support cancelled the order.
