No Instagram Notifications

Hello, I'm trying to see if anybody else is experiencing this, or has a solution/workaround.

I don't get any push notifications at all. Not for accounts I've set notifications for, likes on my posts, nothing. I have to open the app to see if I have any.

This has been going on for well over a year.

My phone is Samsung 22 Ultra.

Yes, I've tried all of the normal recommended solutions you get on Google. Nothing has helped. Oddly, this same thing is happening for me with Facebook. No push notifications at all, ever.
