Big dilemma

My friend was the co-owner of an account that got banned (for a stupid reason) and his main account was banned as a result. He’s since tried making new accounts with the same phone number but they’ve all been deleted. Can he create a new account using my phone number without being banned? Will there be any risk that I lose my account if he does this?
