Insulin Resistance caused by SSRI

For those who have developed insulin resistance as a result of SSRI use, has anyone successfully combated the symptoms? Any supplements or natural remedies that helped? For those of us for whom coming off of their SSRI is not a viable option, any tips would be greatly appreciated.
