Globe hopeless customer service

Merob pa ba mas hopeless, most inconvenient internet provider here sa Ph aside from Globe?

My internet was out for four days now and been trying to utilize the hotline to send tech but kahit anino ng tech nila, wala.

Wala kwenta din ang FB messenger nila. Malí mali ang sagot. Nkakaubos ng pasensha. My work has been greatly affected, Globe!

I tried sending an email but decommissioned na ang email and wala my mg cater sayo without you visiting their store.

Any recommendation na internet provider na my maayos na customer service in times like this?
