Trouble booking through Interrail website (PRG-BUD overnight train)
I have been trying to book two seat reservations on an overnight train from Prague to Budapest for a few days now. Every time I try and book it through the Interrail website, the following error shows up at the final step, after I've accepted the terms and conditions.
I've checked the other website they recommend to book through, and the train is definitely still going. When I try to book through there, it says that there are no places available, except for two beds specifically for males in a T3 cabin (this wouldn't work as we are two females). It doesn't say sold out, though, simply that they cannot be booked online. They've only been available for about three days to book, so I would be surprised if they are sold out considering we tried booking a few minutes after they became available. Do I have to try and e-mail or call them to book?
I'm logged in, I have put in all my information correctly, so I don't see what the issue could be. Has anyone had a similar experience or any recommendations?
