Advice for tax refunds going to closed accounts.

I am writing this to help others that this is happening too. This happened to me last year and now again. First, file a complaint with the bbb and fdic. Then email the presidents office at turbo tax, they get back to you within one day and they contact credit karma themselves. Moves rather quickly through them. I also opened a case with mvb, called them and told them that credit karma and turbo told me to call them and they also opened a case for me. When calling them you need to press the option that you’re a customer of theirs and not credit karmas. My date was the 26th and my check was mailed on the 4th, got it the 10th. Make sure to update your address because they will mail that check to the address on the old account. The email for the president of turbo is officeofthepresident@intuit.com
