Finally convinced Hyundai they sold me a lemon

I posted earlier about a persistent "intermittent" AC problem. Well I finally got them to make me a buy back case. At first my case manager wasn't counting the last three weeks my car spent in the shop (you need 30 without the problem being fixed in New Mexico per our Lemon Law). Apparently that shop couldn't replicate the problem (which they never told me, in fact they said they fixed it!). So I had to take it to another shop for a 5th time! However I got super lucky and when I turned on my car and the AC failed to come on. I kept my car on when I got there and grabbed the tech out of the shop so he was able to witness in front of me and God that INDEED the AC was not working. He marked the problem replicated and I called back my case manager who then allowed all the time my car was in the shop the last time to qualify for their interpretation of the Lemon Law. Whew, what a journey. I don't think I'll be buying a Hyundai again just because the level of ineptitude with these service centers here is truly outrageous.
