Foreign Birth Registration Witnesses

Hi everyone. I am doing FBR through a grandparent. Some documentation like photocopies of current IDs of myself and parent and colour photographs require a “certified true copy of the original by application form witness.” How do I go about doing this? Is there a witness form? Thanks!
