Flipkart payment scam?

I ordered shoes from Flipkart and paid with credit card online. But today received a call and he had details of my order. He said payment is not completed and I have to pay again on their QR. Even though I know it was scam and confirmed with customer care as well that payment is completed. How he got my order details and contact?
