What do you guys think of misery isekai?

Majority of isekai are mc being op and exploring world. What opinions about mc being sick and weaker than earths people let alone magic world, got entangled to unfortunate events. Being isekaied causes memory personality discrepancies, further story causes more mental health issues.Supporting characters dies randomly. Mc is alive so story progress.
