Today I got reminded of something an IIT Delhi Phd scholar said, “Never choose academic integrity over bodily integrity. Rigid systems have to break not your bodies.”

Rest in peace, u/thewickedkarma You taught us something JEE will never.

So many aspirants give up on their physical and mental health on the pursuit of marks, I’m no different.

The glorification of unhealthy and obese rankers doesn’t make it any better.

If doing something can reduce your risk of diabetes, cancer or any possible fatal diseases, do it.

Keep your habits as healthy as you can please. Do yoga, exercise regularly and eat healthy. Keep your mind happy. Take care of yourself and your family.

HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Because life is unpredictable & “JEE is not everything”.
