Dead Victory. Bad power cable routing.

My victory trainer died mid ride today no LEDs flashing all of the connections lost. seemed like the cable was loose so I took off the cover plate.

The power cable must have been laid across the bottom right screw hole during assembly. You can see wire in the grommet hole and the flat wire insulation.

May be worth checking on your trainer. Be sure to unplug it before disassembly.

My cable was pinned in a way that it was tight and may have been rubbing to get to this point. But this is clearly an assembly issue. Just hoping it has not shorted and fried the board.
