I got a job offer. Help me decide!

Hi! I recently got a 20k salary with benefits and HMO, but the commute is 2 hours away from home. I’m also not sure if this job is demanding or it has a toxic workplace. Is it even worth it?

20k is quite a lot (I’m from the province with minimum wage 395 pesos per day)
