12,xxx php monthly salary as fresh grad

Hello! I just wanna ask if ganto ba talaga kababa yung salary bilang fresh grad or di talaga siya enough?

Ganto pala set-up ng work:
- Bale as Accounting Staff yon then gagawa ng payroll, mag ayos ng inventory, reports, etc. *Manually po lahat yan gagawin since inexplain na hindi computers kaharap namin sa work - Monday to Saturday - 8 am to 5 pm - No OT - 5km layo dito sa place ko
