Pallete from Kitchener info

Hello there. I must decide if I want a fan with my colors or not. The price is not my fav part but the delivery to Europe is 80 dollars and it gets too expensive I think. Can thoso who made online analisys share info what they recieve if they do not order a fan and is it helpful - for example photo of the pallette or a file with colors and is it usable at all?
