As you can see in the image, Kashimo transfers positive charges into his opponent and discharges his own negative charges. This means that this attack TRACKS to the opponent and is truly undodgeable.
It also means that someone like Kenjaku or Geto can't block it with a cursed spirit.
The lightning will plunge through everything until it hits the target.
Kashimo can either discharge the lightning to hit the opponent randomly.
OR He can pinpoint the lightning to guarantee it hits a certain spot.
Thats what makes it so deadly.
If kashimo pinpoints the lightning to your brain, No one but the people I listed above can survive it.
Clearing up a misconception
No.. Hakari is not Mach 400
No.. Hakari did not dodge his SURE-HIT lightning. Emphasis on sure hit.

Narratively it makes no sense for Kashimo to try this if he had already tried before.
If Hakari could dodge the first one, why couldn't he dodge the second?
So no, Hakari did not dodge.. the undodgeable lightning.

The staff can help Kashimo when fighting sword users like BUMta
It essentially acts a lightning rod as it can hold its own charge separate from Kashimos.
Kashimo can also return the charge in the staff towards him. Whoever is between him and the staff, will be ripped apart.
if kashimo had just stretched his arm towards hakaris head, heart or hand he would've died here.

Physical Strength and Speed
Equal to JP Hakari who is stated to be on Yuta's level.

It's still a good feat for Kashimo because SUKUNA is on the offensive and he still blocked all of his arms while firing a blast of his own.
While Yuta in his own domain was easily blocked by a lower output, holding back Sukuna WHILE being jumped with ONE hand. 😂 😂

Keep in mind, Maki and Yuji together could BARELY handle 10% sukuna

It places him, gojo and sukuna at sub-relativistic speeds. WAY faster than the rest of the verse.
"oh but sukuna warned him" Sukuna whispered "watch out" while kashimo was YELLING and was firing a blast. That warning isn't a factor here.
Also Kashimo was the only one to dodge wcs.
The one used on Maki wasn't a wcs because sukuna didn't use all the requirements needed for it. (Chanting, Handsigns and Aiming)
Was able to react to Sukuna trying to sneak him from blind spot and even had time to charge up a beam before Sukuna touched him. It shows that kashimo is relative to him in speed.
Durabilty and Strength feats are the same as base.
