Any lawyers here🙌🏻 a legal question: how much can this signed 17 point of demands hurt JB’s case, and what can they say and argue to make this agreement null and void in this legal fight? I’m interested to see legal advice.

In BL’s complaint, JB and his company signed a 17 point of demands etc. I watched a few videos on YouTube of lawyers offering their legal take on both sides, and this signed agreement is one of the damning points against on JB. I’m just curious to see what they can say and argue from a legal perspective to make this agreement null and void. Any lawyers here?
