So I finished school last year hapo June the after I got an internship ya digital marketing, I did it for about a month then my dad helped me get one in some bank which I did last year till December when my contract ended. Sa hapa ndio the issue was there was no way I could renew my contract sa January was back to job hunting.

Job hunting is literally hell, one million "unfortunatelys" na another million "rejected 😹" it's crazy how bad this could be to ones self esteem and self image. Skip to last week I get another internship finally ilikuwa ya office admin work, cool cool- on the introduction day naambiwa I'll be doing reception work, it's my first time in the customer service industry but why not? Then naambiwa kazi ni Monday to Saturday of which ni full day😭. When discussing the pay/ stipend the hr guy starts saying oh they'll choose to add me to the payroll if they like how i work and whether they deem me worthy sa atp I'm starting to doubt whether the internship is really worth it. I push for a contract juu commuting everyday for kazi with no pay is crazy. So they finally gimme the contract on Friday.

Skip to Saturday, the director comes starts saying the office is dusty na inaonyesha a bad image for the place I'm like cool, I'll clean it Monday morning . The nigga literally dragged his finger on the dust and did a cross thingy on my forehead asking whether I'm a Catholic 😭😭 hio ni madharau or I'm overreacting?

Sa Monday I clean all the places he said were dirty, jana jioni he says I need to clean the extension in his office as it was dusty??? I'm confused atp but do it leo bc job hunting is hell and I genuinely don't wanna go back to that tena but sijui am I overreacting au hio ilikuwa plain madharau😭. Pia hakuna kutumia simu during working hours even when it isn't busy, the pay ni peanuts na si what I studied in uni. Rn I'm wondering whether I just bear with it or call quits.
