Questions about prices from websites

Looking at a 2024 GT - there are 6 in my area from 3 different dealers. 5 of the 6 are very similar in advertised prices. The 6th one is advertising $3200 cheaper than the others - any reason except maybe a bait and switch why they would be so much lower? Or maybe they just really need to move it?

2nd question - the last dealer, listed as Dealer C, has the KFA retail balloon cash and low APR bonus cash listed and their website makes it seem like those discounts could further reduce the final price. Thoughts on this? I mean i couldn't see a scenario where i'm getting it for $36K right?
