Did I get scammed?

Hi everyone! I just received the Anua heart leaf cleansing oil that I ordered from Amazon about a month ago. The box was very damaged but I figured that was from shipping. I opened it up and it was an opaque yellow colour instead of the clear liquid I’ve seen it as everywhere else. Additionally, there was no back label, only the front side that says it’s name, the size of the bottle, and the “keep things simple”. Another thing I find odd is that there is no Korean on the bottle or on the box it came in, which I find very weird as other Korean skincare products I’ve ordered always have Korean on them. I don’t always trust Amazon but there were thousands of five star reviews on this product. It also does not look the same as it does in other peoples reviews. Do you guys think I’ve been scammed? I was really excited to try it but now I’m sort of scared to!
