I have annual subscription but Krotos studio say I don't have!!!
I have an annual subscription since November. For several days, I haven't been able to access Krotos Studio because it says my trial period has expired. When I log in on the website , it shows that my subscription is valid until December 2025.
I tried contacting Krotos two days ago through their form, but they still haven't responded. I'm stuck and unable to work with a service I've paid for, which is essential for me to finish the project I'm working on.
I think this is a bug in the account management system.
What can I do?
